BirdProxies Configuration

All outbound URL checks will be routed through your BirdProxies proxy. Leave blank to disable proxy usage (not recommended – your server IP will be exposed).

BirdProxies Setup

Log in to your BirdProxies account at birdproxies.com.
Go to Dashboard → Proxy Access and copy your endpoint details.
Common format:
http://username:password@gate.birdproxies.com:8080
Enter the host, port, username, and password in the fields on the left.
Use Test Proxy to verify the connection.

How Checking Works

The checker fetches the provided URL through the proxy.
It scans for any iframe, script, or HTML element referencing valuemytradein.com.
If not found on the direct URL, it crawls the site's navigation looking for trade-in sub-pages.
If not installed, it reports what is on the trade-in page (competitor widgets, forms, etc.).
JavaScript-rendered content may not be detected since requests are HTML-only.
